I don't understand. In the web app for /ES daily 12.1/13.8 offset has NOT been met. Likewise on the ES weekly, the 2.5 projections have also NOT been met. Can you please explain? I'm in a trial of your service and there is little to no information to help understand what the hell this is. Why is the web app different than what you are reporting out in the videos?? Please respond.
