I just watched. This is first time i have heard a "more potential BULLISH' tone, but only if we rally up to SPX 4250 so only another 3%? on top of the 12% already. Problem has been, and i have said this before: this is NOT 2000-03 nor 2007-09. Not bear markets like that at all. Plus anchoring a whole belief on the VIX(which by design will go to zero over time,ever decreasing value as rolls take place) is very misguided. again , anchoring belief system that we r repeating old bear markets and missing some of the biggest moves in stocks is just flat out wrong. Cannot sugar coat it , and if/when we trade at 4250, suggestion i heard was " then it is an up market".?

With all due respect to Peter, the projection system has helped lead me to amazing success over the past 2 years and I have huge admiration for your work but pinning your entire strategy on a vix breakout is a recipe to get your ass handed to you day after day.
All this being said, I sure am bearish on the markets going into the second half of the year, but trying to catch tops while there are multiple confirmed projections to the upside goes against everything Peter taught us about how his own system works.

When I said “everyone”, I meant everyone out there and the trolls over here got bullish. Not Peter… But bulls are fighting it pretty well today. I am pretty sure it’s all related to options expiration next week. Bulls May hold the line or advance towards the end of next week, and then I think we’ll get a nice correction to the down side…

Still wouldn't be shocked if we hit some of those targets that are still there.
But it feels like a top I mean it feels like the market can never go down again which most likely feels like we are close to a top,
This is an abusive market which also still tells me we are not out of the woods for sustained higher prices.
Also I have a long term trendline on the vix at the 16.60 area wouldn't be surprised if we hit that and reverse from there.
