Why has the Web App not been updated since 4/2/26?

we are at an important juncture and the web app is not updated. Frustrating!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1 Many important junctures have been missed , i do not know why ? . Peter , take care of this . Thank you!
