Over the last several months, while watching tour videos, I have felt like I have gotten to know you. This sounds peculiar, but it is as if you are grandpa to me or a sage of sorts. Anyhow, I am genuinely concerned about you. I think I know something about cancer given my twin brother had two glioblastoma brain surgeries. Perhaps it may he time to get off your medication as it may be slowly having a deleterious effect given you have been taking it for so long. If you ever care to speak to someone about cancer, I am more than willing to listen.

I am very knowledgeable re: glioblastoma brain tumors I had a young 53 yo son in law die of high grade glio in Dallas last year.treated at UTSW Sorry to hear about your twin brother
I personally trained at MDAnderson in Houston I did my Gyn oncology rotation there under my Brother who was departmental Chairman of GYN Oncology and ran the VIP team
Peter has a high grade Prostate tumor with metastatic disease that is not operative and has had great response to Lupron with his PSA very low. Hopefully he will die one day with his prostate cancer & not from it
Peter is little. Older than me. I am 85
He should absolutely not stop his medication. Peter brother is a physician and has followed him closely. Peter has family that he can talk to every day
But I am sure you thoughts are sincere and Peter is appreciative
