the NDX low target lines up with the October (QUARTER) Open. And the Upside projection lines up with the September Monthly open price. Two logical places for price to test during the volatility within fall seasonality. Since we're already heading towards the October Qtr open, a strong bounce off there wouldn't surprise me if rates top out some.
GOLD futures bounced off a trend line from 2001 lows. Incredible bounce off there.
