Will the NDX use news as an excuse to re-test the overhead resistance neckline and create a less steep downtrend line before the downside projection is met? Where are Gene Morgan and KWHY technicians when we need them? Oh, that’s right, we have last man standing, Peter Eliades; and a very short term upside projection has not been made. Cheers!
