Hi Peter, give us an intra-day update today (Oct 7th) if you get the chance! Any new short term upside projections now?

I don't think we are paying enough for mid-session updates on hourly or daily charts. There has never been a market like this. The old timers know all about head and shoulders patterns even though few admit it or admit they time -- which they do, based on seasons, time of the month, patterns, ratios, etc.

Computer algos are programmed to buy on dips and sell on reversals. (E.g. Momentum measures -- I call them "clues" -- were at extreme lows.) A whole new generation sees the market as a casino in their pockets and changes the repetition of history in countless ways. That's why we can't rely on projections for a single offset period. Multiple offsets can be used to trade in stages. I could be wrong. Not speaking for anyone but myself.

I agree - I would have never even mentioned the topic of an intra-day update but for Peter having brought up in last night's update his editing software glitch and the possibility of him posting an intra-day update today in the scenario the market moves up past his trendlines today (which it has). But you're right - one video update a day is the most we can ask for!

I believe that Peter's projection system is sound, but a real-time projection system is needed that spits out data at whatever rate one desires 24/7. I am sure Peter has thought about it, but putting everything in his head into an even more intelligent piece of software would be quite amazing but an undertaking. I hope he considers it. It would mean a next generation software which wouldn't be difficult to produce and be very valuable. I have software developers that would be knocking down his door if he asked.
