All we have is Bearmarket rally. Does it during Option Expiry week like all other? Weekly Candle is going to be Very Interesting
i cant help it , but maybe this is last time commenting. The only thing that has crashed since Oct 26th has been the VIX( down over 30%) The comparisons- for over a year at least- to 2000 peak to today are not accurate or helpful. The P/E ratios in 2000: SPX 26-30x and NDX 150-160x. We are roughly 17x and 31?x respectively. How do you not consider that and the size of companies today versus 2000? I know youre not a fundamental observer of stock market. Well, how many times in 80 years has the stock market CLOSED down more than 1 year in a row? Yes there are bear markets, yes there are corrections to trade. Your bias and view seems like you view the US markets live in a state of BEAR markets. Forget individual stocks that are up hundreds of percent- even since you dire predications over the years. I realize that is your view and you are entitled to it. Its fascinating really. I think much of your work is valuable, your bias is what takes away from the good stuff. You just fought back comments on here on the 27th that market was going down, you just fought back that the IWM 4 days ago-even though down over 34%- should just keep falling .Now we have higher projections for IWM. But then 4 more "down 40-60% projections" are flashed on screen. Lets see how it all shakes out. Best to all
when you have nothing to do--and listen i trade the market both ways, but am well aware of the fact, a long time ago, that statistically goes up 72% of the time- but when u have nothing to do go back to 1932. Yearly closes; in the 1970's there were a couple down years, 200-03 couple down years. 2008-09 was close but we ripped back in 2009. very rare occurrence. for future reference.
