I don't understand why you're expecting a short term top when the projections don't provide any downside target?
Because, along with all upside projections having been met on NDX (NASDAQ 100) there are prices meeting trendlines of potential importance. The beauty of projections is we don't wait for downside projections to call for a top. They can confirm a top of some kind has been seen. Turning points are expected when all projections are met and lead to no higher (in an uptrend) or no lower (in a downtrend) projections...
