I think this is great. I tried to put speed resistance lines on but I think I have a newer Tradestation platform which I don't think has it. Maybe I should download the legacy version. Do they work intraday as well ?

Thank you, Peter. Thank you for introducing us to these nifty lines. Amazing!

Wonderful findings from the VIX trend line analyses and the Speed Resistance Line convergence. Classical technical analysis is amazing...if used in the right hand. The Speed Resistance Line findings are in keeping with the known mathematics of Fibonacci relationship in stock price movements - prices moves in proportions of a third (1, 3, 5...or 38.2%, 61.8%, 1.618%). Everything seems to come together now. Thank you Peter!

Maybe you can just use Fibonacci fan and change the numbers to speed resistance lines.

Peter, please clarify where the 1% stop above the SRL is for the NDX, as looks like we are approaching it.
Please help, I can't sit through the normal speed.
Is that still the case, Danizh, or have they appeared now. I see the options now...

That's exactly the way to do it!! Right click on blank part of chart, choose drawing, then go to Fibonacci fan and put in the 1/3, 2/3 inputs...
