I’m going to go with the “ Vix BUY market sell” signal from ? July 22?23? Was a false sell signal. Now it’s clear sailing to 4400+ ? That seems like market would be really expensive again. Ndx I think is 20% off lows. In a bear market what’s the average rally ; 20-30-42% ?
