“We have not met them [the target] on a max basis] basis”, this statement is not true Peter! You have many times said all projection on NDX have been met, and even the upper side of long term projection top on the SP500 index of 4350 has been long exceeded already. And what ever excess are “loop projection”.

No we won't go stir crazy. The market marches to new highs each and every day while the so-called gurus tell the poor retail investor who knows no better to short the market each and every update oblivious to the real state Mr. Market finds himself in.
