need some clarification on this video: 1) is it the MOST bullish posture Peter has offered since NDX 11,000? with caveat that it will still lead to the "significant lower levels" almost no matter. 2) or toward the end, more resistance in NQ.Z and IWM which pours cold water on all the new highs for appl, spx, ndx that was the first 5/8 of video...Interesting. playing for the last run up after NDX from 11,000, then again, very negative at 14,000 and yet again at 16,000 on Jan 1 2024. Lets go !!! room up to above 20000( last 19545)
