Thanks for the update Peter. You did not mange to look at TAN the solar ETF, but some of the stocks there are 30-40% up in a week off the general bottom your work indicated.

Appreciate your even keeled approach over last few months. With downside and upside targets. To me , what changed a bit was your Bollenger Band Vix sell signal. Which you spent a lot of time on. And that sell signal has seen the SPX rally at least 210 points from 3900. How does that reconcile - a dynamic VIX setup , indicating potential sell off - with a gigantic move up ?
