Market Watch this Sunday morning had a good opinion piece by Mark Hulbert. Speaking of CAPE it is currently 36.6 or higher than 98% of the readings going back to 1881. But even more interesting than this is the USA is far more overbought than any other country right now. I just wonder if this is a blow off top in the market right now with a little throw-ever in the A/D line. I am most interested in the 150 month high-low time frame Peter spoke of back in late March looking towards this Octoberish.
