You can provide your Customer Number & Network ID for TradeStation and your Username for TradingView.

There are too many different platforms out there and most of them don't support all the possibilities we need. In addition to TradeStation and TradingView, we decided to have a platform-independent web version on this website. We expect to be able to offer it earliest in the late summer of 2020. If you want to be among the first to be notified you can register for a free membership or sign in to our email list (see in the footer of this page).

Nominal simply means "name". A nominal 10 week projection refers to 10 calender weeks. The offsets used for a nominal 10 week projection factor in holidays and weekends. Therefore, the offsets represent 10 calender weeks in trading days.
You can find all the nominal cycles and the according offsets in chapter 1.3 Eliades' Cycle Offsets of the documentation.
Please read this chapter from the info section.

Yes. Some features differ because TradingView and TradeStation are different platforms.
The most notable differences are:
TradingView does not support WebChart.
TradingView does not support click events, projections cannot be clicked to show additional lines and labels.
TradingView does not support right-click context menus.
Statistics are not interactive on TradingView. Instead, a simplified statistics table is displayed directly on the
chart.
