General Questions

Please check our Get Started guides for your respective starting situation.

There are too many different platforms out there and most of them don't support all the possibilities we need. We decided to have a platform-independent web version on this website. We expect to be able to offer it earliest in the late summer of 2020. If you want to be among the first to be notified you can register for a free membership or sign in to our email list (see in the footer of this page).

  1. Follow this Get Started guide for the Bundle.
  2. As soon as you have the indicator from the exclusive access (prior step), you can stop the TS TradingApp store subscription. Your subscription will continue until the end of the month. If you change during the month, please send us an email and we offset your double costs with your next invoice. If you keep both subscriptions than you will be charged twice. Please mind that the indicator from the exclusive access has a slightly different name as we cannot have the same name twice on the TS TradingApp store. That means that you have to reinsert the indicator on your charts.

Nominal simply means "name". A nominal 10 week projection refers to 10 calender weeks. The offsets used for a nominal 10 week projection factor in holidays and weekends. Therefore, the offsets represent 10 calender weeks in trading days.

You can find all the nominal cycles and the according offsets in chapter 1.3 Eliades' Cycle Offsets of the documentation.

Please read this chapter from the info section.
